These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all purchases and to the use of the suxalivon website (the “Website”). By placing an order or using the Website, you confirm that you have read these Terms. They apply together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy.

Scope

​

These Terms apply to all contracts between us and our customers who order through the Website. We deliver to addresses in Germany and France only. Contracts are concluded in English unless the Website offers another language.

Eligibility

​

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to place an order.

Product Information

​

We take care to describe our products and show them accurately. Product images are for illustration, and colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. Small variations in size or finish that are normal for the product are not defects.

 

Conclusion of the Contract

​

The presentation of products on the website is not a binding offer. By clicking the order button at the end of checkout, you submit a binding offer to buy the products in your cart. We confirm receipt of your order by email straight away. This confirmation is not yet an acceptance. A contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending a dispatch confirmation or by delivering the goods, whichever happens first.

We may decline an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. If you have already paid, we will refund the full amount.

Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in euros and include the statutory value added tax where applicable. Shipping costs, if any, are shown separately before you complete your order. The price shown at the time of your order is the price you pay.

The payment methods we accept are shown in the checkout. [Add your payment methods, for example credit card, PayPal, Klarna. Payment is due when the order is placed unless the checkout states otherwise.

Shipping and Delivery

​

Our goods are shipped from the Netherlands to Germany and France. Delivery options, costs and delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

​

If you are a consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. The details, including a model withdrawal form, are in our Cancellation Policy. Our Return & Refund Policy explains how returns and refunds work in practice.

Retention of Title

The statutory warranty rights apply. For new goods, the warranty period is two years from delivery. If a product is defective, please contact us at info@qorilovex.com with your order number and, if possible, photos. Further information is in our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory statutory rights.

Liability

​

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and where liability cannot be excluded by law, including under the Product Liability Act. In cases of slightly negligent breach of an essential contractual obligation (an obligation whose fulfillment makes proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on which you can regularly rely), our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. In all other cases of slight negligence, we are not liable.

Intellectual Property

​

All content on the website, including texts, images, logos, the name suxalivon and the design, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

 

Acceptable Use

​

Please use the website lawfully and in good faith. You may not try to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the Website's security or operation, upload harmful code, or use automated tools such as bots or scrapers without our permission.

Events Beyond Our Control

​

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, government measures, carrier disruptions or internet outages. If this happens, we will inform you and, where needed, agree on a solution or refund payments already made.

Dispute Resolution

​

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. If you have a complaint, please write to us first at info@qorilovex.com and we will do our best to find a fair solution.

 

Governing Law

​

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer living in the EU, you also keep the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. Nothing in these Terms limits your right to bring proceedings before the courts that are competent under the law.

 

Changes to these Terms

​

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one that was valid when you placed it.

​

Severability

​

If a provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid, the remaining commission stays in effect.
