Where We Ship From

All orders are shipped from the Netherlands.

Delivery Areas

​

We currently deliver to addresses in Germany and France.

​

Delivery Options

​

At checkout you can choose between two delivery options:

• Standard delivery: free of charge, delivery in 4 to 5 business days

• Insured express delivery: EUR 4.95, delivery in 2 to 3 business days

The shipping cost for your chosen option is shown clearly before you complete your payment.

Processing Time

​

Orders are usually handed over to our carrier within [1 to 2] business days after we confirm your order. The delivery times above start on the day your parcel is handed over to the carrier. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Estimates

​

Delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed deadlines. Delivery can be affected by things outside our control, such as carrier delays, bad weather, public holidays, strikes or supply chain problems.

Order Tracking

​

When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information, where available.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

​

Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by wrong or incomplete address details. If a parcel is returned to us because of an address error, we may charge the cost of sending it again.

Insurance and Transport Damage

​

Parcels sent with insured express delivery are covered against loss and damage in transit. If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and the item, and contact us as soon as possible.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

​

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, or arrives damaged, please email us at info@qorilovex.com with your order number. We will check with the carrier and find a solution as quickly as we can.
