Refund Policy

This policy is provided in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory right of withdrawal as a consumer under German and EU law. The full withdrawal information is in our Cancellation Policy.

Return Eligibility

​

You can return most items within 14 days of receiving them, provided that:

• The item is unused and in the same condition in which you received it

• The item is in its original packaging, with all labels and accessories included

• You can show proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or invoice

• ​

You may of course try or inspect an item the way you would in a store. If the item has lost value because you handled it more than needed to check its condition and function, you may have to compensate us for that loss in value.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@qorilovex.com with your order number and, if you like, the reason for your return. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we ship from the Netherlands and the return address may differ from our company address.

Refunds

​​

Once we receive your return, we check the item and let you know that your refund has been approved. If you withdraw from the contract, we refund all payments we received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We may wait with the refund until we have received the goods back or you have shown proof that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. The refund goes to the payment method you used for the order, unless you expressly agree to something else. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.

If you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer, for example insured express shipping at 4.95 EUR, the additional costs of that delivery are not refunded when you withdraw.

Return Shipping Costs

​

If you withdraw from the contract, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods. This does not apply if the return is because of a defect, a damaged item or an incorrect item. In those cases, we cover the return shipping costs.

 

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

​

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@qorilovex.com with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging. We will offer a replacement, repair or refund as the law provides, and we cover the shipping costs for this.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

​

By law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal was removed after delivery

• Items made to your specifications or clearly personalized

• Items that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be exceeded quickly

These items can still be returned if they are defective or were delivered incorrectly.
